答：可以的，允许符合参赛条件的残疾人选手参加本次比赛。但由于赛道条件不允许，本次比赛不设竞速轮椅组别，不允许竞速轮椅选手参加比赛。非竞速轮椅选手须在迷你马拉松项目集结区后集结。
除此之外所有选手的报名流程是相同的。同时我们希望独立完赛有困难的残疾人选手们，能够有一名陪伴的跑者。
